Does anyone know if any of the tire chain stores does lug centric tire/wheel balancing ?

Had a new tire installed a few years ago in southern Wisconsin at a Goodyear dealer and they were able to lug centric balance the wheel.

I asked my local Mr Tire and they said they know what to do. They balanced all of my new tires but I'm not sure if they did it correctly. It does tow more smoothly.

Thanks guys. I've since read that most modern balancing equipment is equipped to do it. I've also read that most/many alloy wheels are machined on hub center. Guess I'll find out.
