Looking at 2012 Residence 405fl

hello, found a very clean residence 405fl in the park we want to move in. My wife's concern is about sleeping arrangements for more then 4 people. Does anyone have any creative ideas to help me eases my wife's concerns?

The spec sheet says it'll sleep 4. The sofa probably knocks down. If there's more than 2, the floors an option... that way they don't move in permanently, unless they still like pajama parties... LOL

Another possibility is the "Residence Inn" right down the road, or even a pup ten, depending on how adventurous they are.
