New to Keystone

We are new to having a Keystone trailer. Just picked up our 2016 Bullet 272BHS. Perviously had a 2015 Jayco Hybrid X18D. We were lucky on selling the trailer that was not even a year old. Only lost $500. If we would had traded it in we would have lost $5000. I hope we made the right choice. It was nice to have a two year warranty rather than just one year. We live in Michigan, so the trailer is only going to be used for 6 months out of the one year warranty. Jayco had a real good RV forum. Lot of good information came out of their forum. I was excited to fine a Keystone forum. Looking forward to learn some OE (operating experience) from other Keystone owners.

Congrats on your purchase. Unless you purchased an extended service contract, I think the factory "limited" warranty is (1) one year from the date of delivery. Individual components (ie refrigerator, AC unit, stove) may be warrantied longer directly through their respective manufacturers. Jayco, I believe, offers a "2 year factory warrarty" directly from the manufacturer.
