2006 Raptor 3612 Tank Monitor model number

Im not sure I have the correct tank monitor in my camper. The fresh water tank reads full all the time. The wiring is correct and the voltages are good at tank and if I switch the wires to a different set of leds such as for the black or grey tanks it reads correctly. I purchased a new circuit board thinking it was bad and the new one did the exact same think. Can someone with the same model camper pull the cover off and let me know the model number of the circuit board. It would be helpful to know if its the original one for the camper or not.
