Can someone tell me the gallon capacity of the Galley holding tank and the bathroom holding tank? Thanks.

You can find the specs for your Mountaineer, here:

On pg 11, it shows the black/waste tank at 38 gal capacity, and 76 gal grey water (total)...
that most likely means that each grey tank is also 38 gal. capacity.

I was thinking that the kitchen might be less than the bath because of the shower, but you are probably correct. They more than likely would use the same size tanks rather than different sizes.
