We bought a 2017 Montana 3820FK in April of this year, pulling with a Ford F-350 Diesel. Loving it so far. Hoping to camp a few more times this summer.

I'm also a new Montana 3820FK this last April out in Washington State. I finally took her out, a couple of weeks ago for a shakedown. I have two issues with the unit, one is the NorCold fridge stopped working in AC mode 3 times during the week. The monitor control would not do anything to turn it back on. I did a power down on the unit, like a computer reboot and it came back up and it worked on the gas for the ride home. It been on now (AC) for a week straight and no problems. The second one is the Furrion installed backup camera, doesn't appear to power up the camera/LEDs when you have the unit in REVERSE. I tried getting a voltage reading at the camera, but need to find the origin of this power cable for an in-line fuse or connection at the truck. We leave Sunday for another weekly trip. BTW, the antenna on the Jensen Radio is wrapped in a ball behind the stereo and doesn't get very good radio reception. A portable radio works better than the Jensen.
