I have a 2016 keystone passport 2670bh have only used it 2 times and noticed that the water heater is making a humming noise is that normal? Also i feel it looses heat faster than during our 1st time using it.

My 2810 has a hum when on electric. It works well if we use the button on the shower head to shut it off while soaping up. We also changed to an oxygenics shower head it helped too. 2 weeks ago 3 of us showered and we still had HW when I finished.

I have a 2016 passport 2670 also. We have been out three weekends now. First weekend i used the shower with electric heater only and it was fine. My wife was next and it had no hot water. She was not happy. Turned on the gas and have not had any issues.

We don't have a humming sound. We can only hear it when the gas kicks on.

Pretty happy with ours so far. Only issue is hardware on one of the cabinets.

We love it!
