The load rating on my tires is 3197 lbs per tire and I'm looking for something with something higher. My current tire size is 265/60/20 and I can't find a tire that size with a higher rating so does anyone know if they make a tire that size with a higher rating or will I have to get an 18" wheel/tire combo to bump it up? Thanks

Find a larger size in 20" that is close to the same diameter, but with a higher load rating.

I'm using Michelin Defender 275-65-20 ....load range E 80psi @ 3750lbs. Of course you don't have to run them at 80 psi unless your load requires that much. I bought mine from "JR" at dicounttiresonline for $261 each, free shipping.

Good luck I shopped low and high for upgrade for my truck . Your spare is a 18 the same height as the the 20..s with a higher load range. I'm seriously thinking about 18's with better tire rating.

When your thinking about tire sizes and how they fit visit tirerack.com. They have listings of all the aspects of tires including all critical aspects of the tire. You can compare all tire sizes for diameters, rolling ratios etc. It might help figure out what you need.

One thing to remember about Discount Tire is that they price match. Find what you want at Walmart (check Walmart online) and show the advertised price to Discount Tire...or just go to Walmart. I saved $10/tire by just showing them the online ad on my phone.
