We brought home our new 327RES yesterday. We really love the new layout.
I ran a very detailed inspection. we spend 2 hours with the guy they sent to walk us though the new owner orientation and then sent my wife shopping with her friend while I gave everything another close look. The only problem I found was a missing screw on the inspection cover behind where the City water fitting, black water flush and outdoor showing fittings are.

Here is my first question.
The first time we ran the auto level in the driveway in front of the barn, the left side came up high enough to left the left side tires 3/4 inch off the ground.
Is this a problem?
We managed to slide a 3/4 inch board the full length under the tires.
Then we tried to run the autolevel again and this time an ERROR! occurred. we could not figure this out. Since we were home and not actually camping, gave up for the night. It was a long day. 150 miles to pickup the new 327 almost 8 hours at the dealer and another 150 home.
What did we do that caused the error on the autolevel. Seemed so easy on level pavement at the dealer. I'm sure thats never happened before.

This morning I went out to the trailer, retracted the rear jacks. placed 4in wood blocks under both feet, and repeated the auto level sequence. No problem this time. Success at last, but I'm still curious why the left rear lifted the left so high the first time and what caused the error.

When I drop the front jacks before un-docking, should I drop them to the ground and pin, or leave a few inches between the feet and the ground?

Happy trails my friends,
Mark and Cheri

Most likely the error was caused by over extending a leg. The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 system is very smart. Lippert phone help is very good, but you may be on hold for 10 minutes. I have never experienced wheels off the ground and would ask about that, not supposed to happen.
I keep plastic leveling blocks for under the feet. After 2 RF errors I called Lippert and was told not to have more than 4 holes showing on the front landing gear. I also block the rear feet and try to keep them from extending more than 8" to 9".

Did you get the video disc explaining the ground control 3.0? I see it in every owners packet that has this system.
