Not sure how many know but Heartland and Forest River are builders like Keystone. Both have owner groups and sites like keystone. Both also have factory reps that participate. Both have events and at these events often factory reps and techs show up at the larger ones as do many vendors and suppliers. Often there are special prices and repairs by vendors and factory. The best is FR once a year ~~ warranty or not ~~ this from a thread today:
"If there is any way that some of these repairs can be delayed, you could always go to the Forest River International Rally. It's August 14 - 21 and when you register, you get to ask for repairs. It doesn't matter what, just list at least 5 on the registration site and they will fix them - free. If it is a major repair, you may have to take it to factory from there, but everything is covered. Sorry you are having so much trouble."
Nice! Miss that and all the owner get togethers from both.
Not ranting or complaining ~~ knew that when I bought the Cougar 5er and am very happy I did.
