We recently bought a 2011 Keystone Cougar 31SQB with outside kitchen.
It seems the refridg. is on when we plug into AC. Is there anyway to turn it off or is it wired directly? We plan on using it from time to time but it seems wasteful for it to run during the times it is empty.
Thanks for any replys

Mine is just plugged in on the side. Just pull the plug and wallah. In between camping trips I do prop the door open a 1/2" to prevent mold growth.

I just remembered.
I use one of those powerstrips. Just reach back to the side and press the switch. Instead of unplugging it from the wall every time. That way I don't have to keep the fridge on while parked on my driveway in-between camping trips. The lighted button one would be better. Sometimes it's hard to tell if I have it one or not. The frig is so quiet.

Just turn the thermostat up until it "clicks", then it's off.

Our plug was located behind the fridge and the only way to access it was to remove a panel in the bunk area! What a pain. I just unplugged it and moved it to the plug that's above the shelves. I wish the OD kitchen was a little better for this model. I regret not getting a model with a bigger kitchen or one with no kitchen at all. About all we do with it is put drinks in the fridge and sometimes cook on the stove. Other than that it's pretty much useless. The sink has no drain! I may try to fix that though sometime or other.

I added a power strip too. Just flick the switch.
