Hello, does anyone know what tool is used for the exterior self tapping screws on 2015 Raptor? I thought is was a T-20 Torx but nothing fits. Any help appreciated.

I think it's square. Known as a "Robertson" bit. Most hardware stores will have them. Don't have the size on me.

I believe they are #2 Robertson (square) drive bits. You can get them at any hardware store.

I had the same problem and the same screws kept coming loose or just falling out. I resorted to a bolt and a lock nut when they came loose or fell out.
I am assuming the screws on the fender skirts?

Here is my reply in the 5th wheel section about the same sort of issue;

Below is a link to Home Depot with various types of speed nuts. I generally use the flat but have used the u shape and other designs. They all work . I've not lost ONE screw since I started using them.

The link below is for the finishing washers I use. The fit under the small head of the screw and work to spread the pressure in the plastic over a wider area. I've had no more cracks in my fenders since using these under the heads of the screws.

Hope that helps.

I used gorilla glue on the back sides of those screws. I've used silicone for the same purpose where vibration is heavy.

Balancing wheels tires may help. Factory doesn't balance them.

I built braces out of steel channel, welded them into place then replaced self tappers on the flairs and skirting for stainless machine allen bolts, washers and nylocks. My '14 384PK is a nice trailer but there's sure a lot of crappy workmanship and execution.
