thought i would post this for Raptor 300mp or similar TH's. if it in the wrong place just let me know and i will move it. my 2011 had sever rot on the sloped section near the ramp. my buddy who has the same model told me about his rot issue so i checked mine and sure enough i have the same issue. water under the bridge at this point so i decided to tackle it, since the dealer wanted 4K to repair.
i first tried to remove the rubber deck but the floor just peeled up with it. and of course the walls sit on the floors. most of the floor came up buy hand, it was so soft, the rest took a bit because it was tacked to the frame. since the rig is 102" and the floor was 1" thick, i use 2 sheets of 1/2"marine boat board (which comes with a 10yr warranty) and spliced them together with offset joints so they equaled the 102" and slid under the walls. i reattached it to the frame with self tapping screws, cut out the tool box doors. i have stalled at this point due to finding the right rubber diamond plate thickness. then it will be a lot of caulking and clean up.
if you want detailed steps and material just PM me.

Looks good to me - beats paying $4k.
Did you figure out how water was getting in?

i think its multiple issues, the drivers side i think came from the out side ladder mounts, and the seal on the ramp door frame were the vertical and horizontal post meet. the pass side all i can see is the is the same seam. i also think its a lot of wicking, so it had to say exactly where. all i can do is caulk the mess out of everything. could also be condensation that puddles on the inside wall frame and works it way down. i live in Sw Florida and the garage area is not insulated like the rest of the trailer.

Our 2011 Fuzion has this same problem.

We just found a weak spot and read your post and pulled up our flooring today to reveal the floor rot... Not sure where the water is its coming from yet .. thinking its a window since ours is on the right side only.
update: So it looks like silicone/sealer was over looked when the rear door awning was installed about a 6" section was open without sealer of any kind... that was not the only source, another section at the back didn't have any sealer - will post pictures of that.

Anyone with a 2011 toyhauler from Keystone should check these seals at your ramp door...

Or camper is stored in a shed, we use it one week a year! This is so shocking that this was overlooked...

I need to replace the rubber mat, does any one know where I can find it to match? Also what do you glue it down with?
