Of you look on the exterior, the exhaust for the furnace should be a chrome square with a round hole that has grates on it. Once you locate that, go inside and look in the same area for a louvered panel. The furnace will be behind that.

Does the fan start but no ignition, or nothing at all?

Okay, time to start looking. Did you find the furnace? We need to know of there is 12VDC going to it. After that we need to see if the signal for heat is making it from the thermostat. Which thermostat do you have?

Okay. Turn the thermostat to fan or cool and if the A/C fan starts, the thermostat is probably okay. If not, then take the front off and look for a small glass fuse.
