Well you basically only have 2" of suspension travel left which isn't much. You will probably experience a little bit of a harsher ride than you're used to. I would recommend something like a Timbren kit in place of your factory bump stops. You could also consider air bags, or something like the StableLoad from Torklift to get your overload springs engaged sooner.

How much space is there when the RV is not hooked to the truck?
How well did it ride whit the RV hooked-up?
What types of roads do you expect to drive on 75% of the time?
How you answer those questions will give you an idea if you may
need to do something or not.
I had one spring leaf removed and another one that was 0.002"
thicker installed on my F-250, leveled the truck (most Fords have
a slight nose high attitude from the factory), and increased weight
capacity by approx. 1,000#'s (not on the door sticker but ... it did).
Ride is stiffer but its only me and Rascal so ...

Check out Sumo Springs - www.supersprings.com
I put them on my F-250 after I had Timbrens fail on me twice. They helped with the sag and really improved stability & ride comfort.
