On The Road Again

On July 18th, I ordered a Retrax Pro MX from Tonneau Covers World in Ocala, Florida. They shipped it on Monday and it arrived Wednesday via FedEx. Unfortunately, the outer shell of the roller section was damaged (the DW commented the shipping box looked like it had been in a box strength crush test). I called Tonneau Covers World on Thursday morning and spoke with Becca in customer service. I explained the damage and the fact I had ordered this for an upcoming extended vacation starting on the 28th. She stated she did not believe she could get me another one in time and offered me a refund. After further discussion, she went to bat for me. Becca came back on the line a few minutes later and informed me a second one would be shipped out ASAP. I received the new unit at 6:30 a.m. on Friday from a warehouse in Fort Worth (and NOT via FedEx). I installed it Saturday morning and am very impressed with the cover. That's what I call great customer service. :applause:
