2015 retreat how do you remove lights in ceiling, want to replace with led's

You just grab the glass light cover and pull straight down. It might take a little effort but it will come down.

I don't know about the retreat but mine (Cougar) pull straight back from the end or center (single/double) then they have 4 tabs that you pull down and out of their slots.
