Leaking toilet

2012 passport Water leaks only when foot valve is pushed to fill bowl. I can see 2 screw connections and 1 that is clamped. None seem to be leaking. Could the valve it self be leaking or cracked?

It's probably the Anti siphon valve. Not uncommon for that part to be the failure point. Easy to replace, part is cheap. You only need to know the brand and model of toilet.

Look on the base in back for that information.
