This unit is still for sale! $17000. Has 2 A/C units & hard wired surge guard, also includes Reese Dual Cam weight distribution hitch. Has always been stored indoors since new. Pictures gladly shared upon request.

Tom, that's looking to be a great deal at this point. We bought our 2010 Cougar 31SQB in '15 for right around that price, but the 2012 is slightly nicer (floor to ceiling slide in bunkroom?), and we still had to buy a hitch (went with the Hensley).
Had you listed your trailer for $17k from the get-go I'd be the one trying to sell it now instead of you! (Upgraded to 5th wheel so selling the TT). Good luck with the sale! I'm sure someone will be very happy in it one day. As I list my 31SQB, if I come across someone interested but closer to you I'll send them your way.
