Howdy all ! Thought I'd introduce myself and share a couple pictures of the day we picked up our new Bullet 243BHS in Vermont about a week ago. Wife and I were tent campers until a few years ago when we bought a pop up to make things easier to start our 1 year old son camping. Graduated to a TT this year and no looking back ! Headed out for eight days dry camping in about a week and a half, hopefully everything goes great. :D Happy to say I have the TT I wanted and the perfect tow vehicle to go along with it.

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone. Few mods that I will do before our trip:

Switch all interior light fixtures over to LED bulbs (hard to believe Keystone won't do this at the manufacturing level)
Add a second G24 battery (as much as I can do with the factory battery tray)
Rob the charge controller off our pop-up so we can run our 100 watt solar panel
Add a small power inverter

Welcome to the forum! Very nice rig, also. Have you had your Excursion very long? We put 300K on ours from '02 until '14 and almost without trouble. One rebuilt transmission and one blown spark plug. It is a great vehicle for "road trips."

Welcome to the forum. Camping is a great way to make memories with your young one. Our boys camped with us since they were 6 months and 3 months. They are now 25 and 22 and still camp. Happy Camping!!!!

Bought it last September, so haven't had it too long. I'm certain we'll now have plenty of room for the 3 of us + Golden Retriever, and any camping gear we might bring. So far I love the truck.
