Has anyone camped at Lake Anna State Park in Spotsylvania, Va
I'd like to know about it too.

Yes, several times - one of the top Va state parks. They have 40+ RV sites, gravel - pull-through & easy back-in, water/electric only (dump station on the way out). Clean modern bath houses, beach on lake with bath house. Lots of walking trails. Reserve early - Fills up fast.

I stayed there several years ago in my old popup, it was a very nice clean quiet park and the camp host was very helpful when my battery charger went out.

I looked up Rv park reviews and the last review was in 2013 so I was not sure if the park was any good or not. We are booked for the 3rd week in July had no trouble getting reservations.

We love Virginia State Parks, our first choice is to stay in them over private parks, only a few parks that were converted original "tent only" parks are a little tight for trailers, but the Virginia DCR website is good about park descriptions for campers.
