Thought I would just give a heads up/FYI:
Dw and I washed our 2012 5er and treated the entire trailer with 303 over the weekend. Went inside to re-open the bathroom vent and found moisture on the inside of the entry door below the plastic window frame. Wasn't a lot -looked like heavy condensation. Upon further investigation, found that the exterior plastic frame/trim was cracked at the bottom. The window glass seemed a bit loose but the screws are all snug. Just weathered a substantial rainstorm and did not see any moisture on the inside of the door. Probably only leaks when hit with the stream from a hose.
Ordered a pair of window frames (trim pieces?) made by Valterra. $6.84 each with $11 shipping.

The entry door glass is held in place and sealed with a continuous bead of silicone. You may want to reemove the glass and reseal it.

Not always. On some the outer trim piece has a channel that holds a seal "bead" and the glass seals with pressure.

OP: I find it much safer to use 2 people when removing the trim.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, will definitely have a helper holding in on the exterior frame while the screws are loosened. Hopefully the new frames will be right - same measurements but won't know about thickness or corner radius until the new parts get here.
Was just going to put a bead of ProFlex around where the frame meets the glass but, since a new door is pretty pricey, we'll try to do it right with new parts:)

The entry door window on our Premier leaked the first time I washed it as well. The trailer was going in for warranty work shortly after so the dealer took care of it. The service manager seemed surprised at it leaking, but they confirmed and took care of the problem.

Received the replacement window trim yesterday. Pulled the window out and found that both the int and ext frames were cracked at bottom center. There had been very little sealant applied between the glass and the frame. When the sealant shrunk the window was loose at the bottom. The caulking around the edge of the ext frame appeared to be a silicone like material. Cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol and used butyl tape. Water tested and we're good to go:)
