I've been looking for a way to carry my Waste Tank (I have the Barker 32 Gallon). I considered several of he bumper attach methods, but my DW did not care for having a waste tank visible to everyone passing us on the Highway. I have an SUV as my Tow Vehicle, and did not like placing it in there. So I came up with putting the Waste Tank on a BAL Hide-A-Spare. Seems to work just fine, the pictures below don't show the straps, I added them after taking the pictures.

Nice! I need to get one of those carts anyway.

Very nice. Do you have room for the spare as well?

No I don't think the spare will fit, and the added weight would exceed the BAL weight limits

The Hide-A-Spare unit will support up to 100 lbs. Being that an average spare weighs approximately 35-45 lbs, an empty tank could easily be supported if it's overall height allows.

Even if the tanks length exceeded the available distance from spare to bracket, the tank could be mounted length wise from front to back. This is how I plan on mounting mine soon.

Best solution I've seen for storing / carrying a blue tote!

Thanks for posting.
