You might try a glue gun.

Liquid Nails works pretty good also. You just have to clamp, tape or hold it in some way until it dries.

Walmart sells an epoxy that is 2 part. it comes in a double tubed syringe and you jsut squirt a little of both out, mix it and apply. Dries clear also and fast so you can just hold it and not have to clamp or tape it.

My choice would be hot glue. It's stronger than you would think. If you use any other type of glue or epoxy, you have no way to clamp it in place while it sets. Hot glue cools in seconds and you can move on.
