maxx air fan

will the maxx air 7500 fan fit in our Cougar 318sab? They say to remove the existing inside flange and measure. Thought maybe someone on here would save us that step.

Standard vent is 14"X14". Maxx air is designed to fit this hole. I have yet to have a maxx air not fit.
