Hercules Tire?

I dropped my sons truck off at a local Mom & Pop repair/tire shop today. I got in a conversation with the owner about trailer tires. He sells Hercules tires and said he was pleased with their service. Anyone ever use them? I see they have 12 and 14 ply. The 12 ply has higher load capacity than the 14:

I first learned of them around 96, when a uncover s10 vehicle I used for 4 years needed new tires the shop put them on it. They wore great on that vehicle. I replaced my boat trailer tires with them several months ago but, only put 25-30 miles on them since. The boat tires were about 30 bucks each less than GYs I took off. The boat tires are the same tread has the RVs tow max tires. I looked up the codes, they are both made by the same tire co. in China just a different factory.
