Fresh Water Tank

Own Cougar fifth wheel MKS 333 High Country 2014. Currently two recliner rockers on the back wall and am unable to move couch to back wall R/T fresh water tank. There is a hump which does not allow couch to fit. Does anyone have any idea if this fresh water tank hose can be moved or has anyone done this as yet so their couch will fit there?
