9 days and counting

In 9 days we leave for Savannah Georgia. Can't wait! Average temperature there is right around 75-80 degrees. We will be there for the music festival but plan on checking the whole town out. We've never been there so it will be a true adventure. After that it's off to charleston South Carolina. Even though we have plans in Savannah we will have spare time as well. If anyone has tips on what to see in savannah send them my way

I've been thru Savannah and spent a few hours there but not enough to give tips. I will say that we were in Charleston several months ago and the area around battery park? downtown was really a mess and was supposed to be that way for a long period so just be aware.

I Googled the music festival. If you have never seen them, don't miss Asleep at the Wheel. Great old school Texas swing. We just had them in town in a small room for a charity. Great show.

I've got the tickets in hand! Asleep will be at a small venue which is great, can't wait.
