Has anyone changed over their standard overhead dual light fixtures to LED's and, if so, did they put out more light? I know they are the ticket for boon docking as they only use 1/8 the power consumption. Kapper ll's are out there and I see a new brand called Star lights has one too. Curious as to whether the LED has a higher lumen output. Expensive to change over at nearly $40 per unit.

Several members have done either a partial or complete changeover to LED interior and/or exterior lights.
If you do a search on this forum - by using the search feature found on the blue bar at the top of the page and type in "LED lights", a large number of posts appear. Not all of them specifically deal with LED lights but if you browse through the results, you will find many that do.

Hope this helps somewhat.

You only generally have to change the bulb if they are of the automotive type. Several places online have them cheap and EBAY. Do some research to figure out what the brightness numbers mean. We put a 300 something or other in the outside light and are real happy with it.

They have an RV section in there somewhere.
