I was in visiting with the service manager at CW this evening discussing the status of my trailer. One of my issues is the remote and/or control board. During the conversation I mentioned the multiple times I had read on this forum about the touch panels causing problems for slides etc. I told him my 2014 Cougar High Country did not have the touch panel and instead had the rocker switches (which I like). He said that is the "latest/greatest" thing from Lippert. They had thought the touch panels were really cool but had terrible problems with them and some of the ones he had come in resulted in the entire coach being re-wired. Just a heads up if you have the touch panel and it's acting strange.
