I have a 2012 Fuzion 310 and it has 4 springs on the ramp door. I saw a 2014 Fuzion and it had 6 springs. I think that it should be easier to lower and raise the door on mine, so thinking of adding one more spring (there is a spot where it will fit nicely). Has anyone added a spring to their toy hauler ramp door? Does anyone know if this is possible?

I'll be watching this thread for replies, because my 302's ramp door is also hard to raise/lower (it seems like the springs have little to no tension on them). Other than that issue, I'm very satisfied with mine.

You may try checking with Lippert. They are the manufacturer of the door

The door on my 2013 Raptor 381 is the opposite. It doesn't sit on the ground when open. Instead it levitates 4-6" off the ground until somebody steps on it. That's even with all of the patio railings installed.

Found the spring on Lippert's site, $20.30, a little over $11 for shipping and sales tax as appropriate.
