The reason for spending this much time together was the unfortunate result of his salesman and the person who sold us our trailer dieing in a car accident (he was 28). Got t-boned when a truck crossed a regional road without stopping .... tragedy.
Anyway, after the service they asked everyone to head to the local watering hole and have a drink in memory. We spent most of that with the dealership owner.
What I found VERY interesting was that he said he only sells Keystone now (NEW). Meaning that he only orders new trailers from Keystone and no one else. He said they stand behind warranty claims better than anyone else (according to him). He was tired of looking like the bad guy when other manufactures would say no to claims. People will always blame the dealer, so now he just sells Keystone.
I must admit - everything we mentioned, they replaced under warranty - even the island counter-top because my wife could see marks in it (that I couldn't) lol.
Anyway, thought that was interesting.
