It is a 2014. Sorry

I took my 5er in for end of season warranty list and winterizing last week.

Everything is going to be covered but the said they had to order parts for a recall for the stairs going to the upstairs bedroom/shower/bathroom.

Anyone see or heard of it. Sounds like they have to rebuild the steps or something.

According to the recalls listed on the Keystone website for that model and year, there is no mention of a recall for steps or stairs rebuild. The last recall for your model and year involved the awning motor.
You can see what recalls Keystone has issued by going to www.keystonerv.com and look for the recall link at the top of the home page.

I just talked to the dealer again. My trailer is on the back burner with them since it is A)In a nice safe secured lot for the winter B)Not going to need it until March.

Seems the recall on the inside steps is something on select Montana High Country models where they inspect to see if the steps leading to the bedroom have vents for the furnace return cut into them. If not they cut the vents in and install them.

I will get the recall number when I pick up the trailer next month for you guys.
