Annual Maintenance books/info??

Can anyone recommend a current book (or DVD) on DYI Annual Maintenance??

Would like to get one as a gift for friends who are still 'fairly new' 5th wheel owners. I've found a few online [copyright 2007-2008] but thought I'd ask for first-hand recommendations from the collective group.
