lowered the pin box on my new trailer to get it level, and get more clearance over the bed rails. Now the shroud that sits in place will not work. does anyone know if Keystone offers these covers in different heights in the event a person does lower or even raise the pin box? I could make it work by fabricating two 2" spacers and placing them between the shroud and the bottom of the trailer, but I will still have a 2" gap on top.

Your pin box is most likely made by Lippert. Lippert makes the shrouds, Keystone just buys and installs them. I don't know if they are made in different heights, but you could contact Lippert for clarification:

If your hitch is adjustable, maybe move the pin up 1" and the hitch plate up 1" so it won't look as obvious.

Thanks for the reply. you are correct about Lippert being the manf. I did contact them and the only shroud sold is for the nominal setting of the pin box. I made two round nylon spacers to help with the attachment, but I will still have 2 1/2" gap at the top. we'll see if it holds?????

With the aerodynamic shape, it should be okay.

hopefully you are right about it being OK. I am going to attach it tomorrow with spacers and will take our first trip Friday with it. worst case is I drive around with a good looking trailer and the hitch looks like crap.

I bought one of these shrouds to and it was supposed to be for my pin box to but wouldn't fit. They told me I would have to move my pin box and re adjust my hitch. To much of a p.i.t.a. for a cheap piece of plastic. I did let them know that they should have that listed in the description where box should be located on wing set for installation. Sent it right back. Def. would look nice but not worth tearing apart my setup for it. JMHO.
