What's with all these "tunes" that some members are talking about on the forum? Have a look in the Tow Vehicles section for a thread something about "You can tune a 6.0 but you can't tuna fish!".

It seems like a few guys are downloading "tunes" into their diesel engines rather than their MP3 Player or iPod. There are, apparently, a number of popular tunes that are in Billboard's Top10 - five to be exact. Here they are (not in any particular order):
* Canned Tow Tunes * Studded Tow Tunes * "Extreme SLR Tunes
* Gearhead Custom Tunes * Basic Street Tunes.

One member who I guess isn't satisfied with simply having installed most or all of these tunes has taken his musical diesel to a new octave and has installed "Banjo Bolts". Really? My question is what would happen if you over-torqued a Banjo Bolt? Would you break its G string?

I'm afraid I'm going to stick with iTunes. That's about the limit of my tech skills but I will see if iTunes has any of the above tunes available in a new album. Could I download a couple on my iPod? ;)

Festus2,
Obviously you've either got all the leaves raked up and out of the gutters or you're spending your time doing those tasks while thinking "over the horizon"....

Broke the G string, eh? http://www.freesmileys.org/emoticons/emoticon-looney-toons-011.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org/emoticons.php)

The new tunes are okay as long as your harmonic balancer is in good shape. But I still prefer the "Oldies". http://www.keystonerv.org/forums/picture.php?albumid=251&pictureid=2051 ♫ ♪ http://www.keystonerv.org/forums/picture.php?albumid=251&pictureid=1587

Most of these tunes are rock and roll, but let's not forget the blue(s) spring mod.

The graphics and video are lousy but other than that it is doing very well with the basics. Getting a touch slow so I think I may have to upgrade soon. :D

But all the work gets done with good ole southern rock. Sometimes the documentaries on the good ole 12 valve can make the new releases go hide in shame when it comes to pulling there weight
