Water frozen to kitchen only

I know it's cold in many places. I've lived with that. But I'm new to this 2004 Challenger. The outside hose is heat-taped and covered with insulation. Water works in the shower, toilet and bedroom sink but not at the kitchen sink. Any ideas?

What model of camper do you have? Is the sink on an outside wall or does the water line route through the floor and into the cabinet. Is this on an outside wall? I have found in an old house once, that on real cold days I needed to leave the kitchen cabinet open so warm air could flow into this space. This would keep the water line from freezing. This might be the issue or the water line has frozen some where between the bathroom and the kitchen sink.
