Hello,
I recently bought a Grand Touring and am trying to gather information. The owners manual is generic ad pretty useless. Does anyone know who makes the slide out? It has the motor on top of the slide out and has cables on the sides. Wondering how to perform any periodic maintenance on the slide.

If you mean the physical "slide" unit, I would think Keystone. There are different ways (designs) of moving the slides in/out, such as cables, hydraulics or electric motors and gears.

Since yours is cable driven, I would make regular inspections of the cable, pulleys and the motor. Check the cables for any signs of wear or fraying. Check the pulleys to insure they are still "centered", and check the motor for any signs of leaking lubricant. Also make sure the motor mount is solid.

If you feel the need to lubricate the cables use a DRY lube, the motor should be a sealed unit and considered "non serviceable" as far as I know. Did you get any instructions on the "over ride" tool and it's use?

BAL Accu Slide is in mine and most likely yours also.
