Staunton, Va stopover

Is anyone familiar with the Staunton, Va. area? We used to stop at a Walmart at exit 222 off I 81 and it was a good spot to get some rest and grab a bite. Haven't been down that way in 7 or 8 years and was wondering if it is still RV friendly. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Misty Mountain Campground is about 30 minutes East on 64.
