2006 Keystone Raptor 3612 generator fuel station help

I have a 2006 Keystone Raptor 3612 generator and a fuel station, does the gen get its fuel from the fuel station at the back of the camper when the gen is in the very front, I have tried to look but it has a cover on under it don't want to rip it up,, lol cause I cant get my gen to crank,,, and the guy I bought it from braged on how good it worked,, lol more lies, lies lies,,,lol but I love it

First thing is to figure out if it's powered by gasoline or propane. Take the cover off the front of the generator and there should be a tag on the lower framework with the fuel identified.

The start button at the gen will also allow you to prime the system, and there's no harm in starting and running the gen with the cover off for a few minutes.
