My 326SRX came with a MOR/ryde CRE3000 equalizer. I'm going to add their wetbolt kit and am thinking of upgrading the 3000 to the more plush riding and seemingly heavier duty and more suspension travel SRE4000 system (for the trailer's sake) at the same time. Opinions?

To follow on this, I did some homework and found the following FYI:

The MOR/ryde CRE/3000 equalizer (pivoting link that links the forward and aft axle springs) that is stock on my 326SRX has 3" of travel. The SRE/4000 equalizer allows 4" of suspension travel. Unfortunately (besides the price), it is a longer unit top to bottom possibly creating the need for a crossmember between the axle ends due to the increased leverage it exerts.

The bottom line for me is that the increased expense and complication to gain an extra inch in suspension travel is not worth it. I will order the MOR/ryde wet bolt/heavy shackle kit from Amazon.com for $87.75 (free shipping).

The MOR/Ryde wet bolt kit came today and it is actually a Dexter shackle/wet bolt kit in case anyone prefers the Dexter brand. Apparently the MOR/Ryde kit that they offer is actually a Dexter kit.

If you do the install yourself, please post your opinion. I'm going that direction and can't decide if I want to hassle with it or pay for someone else to do it.

Will do. If I don't get around to it this week, I'll be out of the country for a month and will do it then.

BTW...if you're near Houston/Tiki Island, I'll be there with the 5er for Christmas visiting my son. You can check them out and the Margarita is on me.

I also have the kit, but I looking to have it done. Not sure I want to mess with sprung springs :) I did on my truck, but this baby is not near as heavy duty, and that tells me to beware. Let me know, I'm in no hurry.

I won't get to it until next month. Will post the process.
