Costco (Canada) GC2s clearing...

By the way/for anyone who might be interested:

It 'looks like' Costco (in Canada/Manitoba, at least) is CLEARING OUT their (seasonal/summer stock of 6V GC2 Golf Cart Batteries for 79.97+10.00 Core charge.

Last time I checked (a couple of weeks ago), they were going for $109.99 + Core. SOooo... if anyone may be in the market for replacement GC2s or has been contemplating an upgrade to 6 volt technology, this may be a good time to pick up a couple.

(I did! At $110.00 + core 'per', too much as I really didn't need anything new yet BUT for the/this price...)

I had checked the Costco here in Northern VT and they didn't have any, so I went to a golf cart shop in NH and picked up a couple of Trojan T-105 batteries while camping there.

On a Costco battery related note....
I was in the Bakersfield Costco checking out batteries and the shelves were just about empty. The salesman asked if I needed help and that was all the batteries they had. He said, "We're going to start selling Interstate batteries shortly."
