Two weekends ago we went to our local
dealer to see a 2810 they had "in stock". Upon arrival we were told it was actually sold. Three had been in the lot with one being sold three consecutive weeks. We lucked out and one was still in the lot. We took a look and decided one was for us.
Problem was we have a vacation planned on the 12 th. Dealer wasn't scheduled for one until the 14th. He pulled some strings and got us bumped up a few days. We worked the deal with our trade in, shook on it and waited. Just got an email that it left the factory and is on it's way...that's a nice email to get!

Congrats on the new Passport. There is still plenty of nice weather this summer to enjoy it.

Welcome to the wonderful world of campers and trailers. You'll find that we are the best people to be next to. Please ask any of us for help if you need it. We all have helpers in our past that we need to pass on. Congrats, and that is one sweet set up!

Congrats on the new camper! Saw a new passport in the campground this last weekend. My daughter likes the look of the new color scheme.

Three days into a three week stay and all is well. A little hairy on the trip down to Cape May, Nj but driving rain and some cross winds will do that!!! The good news is that it towed nicely when the conditions cooperated, we had a chance to hit a truck scale on the way ( loaded for bear and 500# to
spare!) and set up went well despite rain at about an inch an hour! We are settled in and the weather is beautiful and the TT is pretty darn nice too!

I am looking at same model this weekend. Would you mind telling me price paid and your experiences so far?

Thanks,

Paid 26000 which is high but got wayyyy more than our trade was worth to offset it. So far it has been good. We are almost done a three week stay. No problems so far build or quality wise, hope that keeps up. Little wobbly as it sits so I plan on some extra stabilizer jacks and an x type wheel chock. Overall it seems to suit our needs well.

Congrats on the new trailer. Glad to hear its going well. I almost bought the same one but we ended up going with the 3290bg because it had 2 slides in the rear for the kids bunk house so the wife won. Mine is very similar so I was curious if you noticed any cracks along the plastic fenders that go over each wheel. After only 3 trips mine cracked around the screw holes and they are almost falling off. Also my dinette slide is pulsing and hops a little coming in and out. Other than that we love ours. Tows great. I added 2 scissor jacks in front of each wheel and that really stabilized it. Also put two vent covers on the roof vents. You may want to tape the edges of the underbelly material. I used gorilla tape since I heard that water can leak into their and cause the underbelly to sag.

Gave it a good wash before putting it away today. The fender material is flimsy but no cracks or damage. Slide works
Smoothly. Only problem was a small leak on the hot side of the kitchen sink. Tightening the connection fixed it. I was in the lookout for leaks after a campground neighbor told me he ha to tighten several in his bullet. I'll keep an eye on the underbelly and consider the tape. Thanks for the help and keep 'em coming....

Make sure you check the screws on the fender flairs. Mine were too tight so last winter, the extreme cold cracked them. Maybe they changed the design, but mine when tightened completely, the edge of the skirts would cause a twisting of the plastic at the screw locations. We all know what thin plastic does Below zero for a winter.

I have hopefully fixed mine by installing little rubber washers at each screw between the skirt and sidewall. If that makes any sense.
