04 Hornet roof access ladder

The trailer I am about to buy has the front mounted roof access ladder. The bottom of the ladder is not attached to the trailer and just has two rusty bolts hanging from the trailer. The ladder other than that is in good condition. What is missing? How does the bottom of the ladder attach? Where can I get the part(s)?

The 2004 Hornet brochure isn't listed in the Keystone archives; and a quick Google search didn't find "any" 2004 models (sales/ads) with a front ladder, so...
I'm guessing the ladder was most likely an after-market add-on. :confused:
Some toyhaulers, truck campers & motorhomes have a fold-up/hinged ladder... you might look for those to compare.
