Warranty Period

What is the warranty period on the Keystone. I have a Keystone Laredo of which the front cap has faded. :(:banghead:

General warranty is usually 1 year I believe.

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. Work with your dealer and Keystone about the front cap. If you haven't already done so, take photos of the cap and if you have any photos of the front when you first bought it, I'd keep those for future reference.
While you are in the process of talking to your dealer and with Keystone, keep a written record of all your telephone calls and be sure to email. A hard copy is better than a telephone conversation.

Keystone has been very good with some members regarding front cap fading but some have found it disappointing and frustrating. Keep your cool but be firm and polite.
