I have not dealt with Keystone themselves, but the Keystone Dealer in Fresno, CA, Paul Everts RV Country, is terrible!! Their service department is the worst and they are liars!!! My trailer has been there 2 weeks and they have done nothing to it yet!! I have called and called and they will not return my calls. I finally went down there and they had that "deer in the headlights" look, couldnt find my paperwork etc, etc. People, this is in for warranty work, easy job and money.
I was warned by others when i purchased my trailer there, but I said come on, these people are huge... well... i should have listened!
AND//// on top of that, I could of and will take it somewhere else, Paul Everts made it sound like I had to bring it back to them, well I dont!
Raptor is now at another local dealer getting done. Other dealer told me it would be about two days, guess what, they called me, will be done tomorrow!
