Jack covers???

We have a 2014 3010RE Alpine and are just about ready to take it off the hydraulic jacks and set it on concrete blocks (permanently parked). We saw an identical unit at a gas station with covers for the 6 jacks. Has anyone see these, and where can we get some? We'd love to cover the jacks and front hitch before winter because it will be a while before we're actually pulling the unit across country.
