First Warrenty Repairs on Raptor 384

Well we finally were able to get out with our new 384 and test everything while dry camping. We really enjoy the trailer and had a good time. Most everything worked well but there were a few issues and one that might be more involved to correct.

Main Cabin A/C not blowing as it used to -found this to be the duct issue and corrected it
One of the sofa chairs foam is pulling back from the top cushion and wadding up -dealer said Keystone does not warranty if their vendor does not agree to correct the situation. They had five in the shop earlier for similar issues and the factory only paid 1/2 the labor to correct it.
The main concern is the floor above the water tank is soft and the water tank leaks when completely full (drains from the hole in the coroplast). Hope this is not a frame issue (making the floor soft) that may have put a hole in the top of the tank


We also determined to put A/C in the garage and hook up the wiring to the 12 gauge line that would feed the washer -waiting on a quote for that wiring job.
Hope the soft floor issue can be resolved. We did go into a 2015 on the lot today and it has a very firm floor between the island and the sliding glass door.

Unless the floor is somehow "resting" on the top of the FW tank, I don't see how any water from the tank, which apparently is leaking, could make the floor soft due to it becoming wet from the tank. The only way that water leaking from the tank could reach the floor would be for it to splash or slosh up during traveling.

There has been a recent thread and posts about leaking FW tanks which seem to be caused by tank supports or parts of the frame protruding onto the tank and eventually wearing it down in spots and causing leaks.

Some members have reported "soft" or "spongy" floors in areas around vents in the floor where there seems to be a lack of floor joist support.

I hope you get this issue resolved in a timely manner and find no rot or other similar damage to the floor caused by water.
