How much time does it take

Sent email to Keystone last week with VIN number to get some details on my trailer.... No answer yet.... How long does it usually take to hear from them?????

I heard back in less than a week. Maybe a follow up is in order.

I have always got a reply within 2 or 3 days (except for holidays). Keystone is closed the week of July 4th for their summer holiday. You may not get a response until they return to work next week.
