I like the fact that many people put a pic of their pride and joy in their post or comments. How in the heck do I do this as well? (tx)

The pic at the top is your profile pic, the one at the bottom is your signature pic. Go to the User CP link and the edit your signature. Click on browse and find the pic file on your computer and attach it.

In addition to the above, try to keep the photo to a reasonable size rather than a very large one that takes up a lot of space. Brent's above pic is a desirable size.
